Radiology Records FAQs
Log into your MyChart account and select “Test Results” in the top navigation bar to see a list of your results.
It’s a good idea to check with your provider’s office first to see how they prefer to receive imaging files. You can save your downloaded images to a thumb drive, CD or DVD and share it with them.
If you need your images sent to an external provider, you can request them using the Radiology Image Record Request form.
Once your request is processed, you’ll receive an email from Nuance Powershare with instructions on how to create an account. Additionally, you will receive a MyChart message containing your token code to access your images.
