Ticket scheduling is a process where an appointment request is generated on your behalf by your provider for a specific visit, such as a lab or other service. Once the request is made, you can then schedule the appointment at a time that works best for you.

  1. Select “Visits” from the main navigation menu.
  2. Select “Request an Appointment” from the top right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Under the “Appointments Ready to Schedule” section, select the appointment you would like to schedule, and select Schedule.
  4. Fill out any questions associated with the visit type, if applicable.
  5. If any times are available for the visit request, they will be displayed. If not, you will need to select "Notify Me."
Direct Scheduling

Please note, not all providers or visit types are available for direct scheduling.

  1. Select “Visits” from the main navigation menu.
  2. Select “Request an Appointment” from the top right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Select a specific provider, your preferred location under the “I need to see a specific provider” or “I need a specific test or appointment” sections.
  4. Answer any questions associated with the visit you are looking to schedule, if applicable.
  5. Select your preferred date and time.
  6. Verify your personal information and make any necessary changes.
  7. To schedule your appointment, select "Confirm Appointment."
