The MyChart Patient Portal Has Been Restored

MyChart, UVM Health Network’s online patient portal, was unavailable to our patients for a period of time following the October 28th cyberattack. As a result of this downtime, you may see some temporary changes in the way you experience MyChart and access your health information:

  • For any visits that occurred during MyChart’s downtime: Provider Notes, Patient Instructions and some test results may take longer to appear and when available, will appear as scanned documents saved in My Documents.
  • Upcoming appointments, messages, and some test results may take a little longer to appear in MyChart. For urgent matters, please call your provider’s office.
  • Billing statements and payment processing will be delayed at UVM Medical Center and Porter Medical Center.
