Compensation

Compensation effective July 1, 2025:

  • G1 $74,804.59
  • G2 $78,357.81
  • G3 $82,079.80

Residents receive 15 days of paid time off and five sick days per year.

Residents receive $1,800 of CME funds per year, as well as five CME days in their second and third year of residency. Additionally, Step 3 and AMBOSS (question bank) are paid for by the residency program.

Other benefits include free parking and a yearly meal stipend at the hospital cafeteria.
