Notice of Non-Discrimination 

Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital's School of Radiologic Technology prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, familial status, gender identity or expression, age, genetic information, national or ethnic origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, domestic violence, victim status, criminal conviction or any other characteristic or status protected by state or federal laws or policy in admissions, employment and treatment of students and employees.

The Title IX Compliance Office and Human Resources are responsible to ensure that the School of Radiologic Technology complies with federal and state Equal Opportunity laws and regulations including Title IX. The officers ensure that students, faculty and staff receive immediate redress if they believe that they have been a victim of violations of Equal Opportunity laws and policies because of their race, sex, religion, national origin, disability or sexual orientation.

The School of Radiologic Technology prohibits domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. We take reports of sexual misconduct seriously. We support one another as members of the community. If you or anyone you know experience any of these types of violations, there are many resources available both on and off campus.
