About Our Location
Our cardiology team at University of Vermont Health – Porter Medical Center is dedicated to excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Our board-certified cardiologists are skilled in life-saving heart procedures, preventative care and the treatment of heart disease.
Porter Cardiology is the central location for cardiology in the southern portion of UVM Health. We have satellite clinics at Primary Care Brandon (VT) and Ticonderoga Health Center (NY).
We also offer cardiac rehabilitation for patients who have experienced heart problems or procedures.
Our Services
In addition to acute inpatient, scheduled outpatient cardiology consultations and electrophysiology consultations, we also provide:
- Stress testing (treadmill, nuclear, echo)
- Echocardiogram (including transesophageal echocardiogram)
- Monitors (Holter, extended, event/MCOT)
- Pacemaker management
