About Our Location
Pulmonary and critical care specialists at University of Vermont Health - UVM Medical Center provide expert care for patients with chronic and acute respiratory problems, as well as critically ill individuals admitted to our intensive care units.
Our state-of-the-art intensive care units are staffed by board-certified physicians with deep expertise in both hospital and outpatient settings. Our team includes fellowship-trained subspecialists in many areas of pulmonary medicine, from interstitial lung disease to cystic fibrosis.
We provide comprehensive care, ventilator support, advanced treatment and 24/7 monitoring of patients with serious medical issues such as stroke, advanced heart disease, kidney failure, cancer related complications, severe infections and respiratory failure.
