Scheduling an Appointment

If your care provider has recommended you be treated at one of the UVM Medical Center’s Infusion Centers a representative will contact you to schedule your appointment. We will work with your provider to ensure the timing of your treatment is safe and appropriate. If you have any questions about scheduling call:

Arriving for Your Appointment

We ask patients to call our cell phone on the day of their infusion to let us know they’re coming in.

Please contact us at least two hours in advance to confirm your appointment.

Many medications can be prepared prior to your arrival once you’ve confirmed.

Tilley Drive (802) 355-6618

Upon arrival, check-in at the front desk. We ask that you bring your insurance card.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. If your medication is prepared but you don’t arrive for your infusion, we can no longer have medication waiting for future visits. The wait for medication preparation can be as long as two hours.

You can cancel your appointment by calling the Infusion Center, responding to the automated confirmation call or via MyChart online. If you cancel through the automated confirmation call or MyChart online you must call to be rescheduled.
