At Golisano Children’s Hospital, we care for more than 25,000 children each year. As the only pediatric cardiology group in our region, we have deep experience in, and passion for, providing exceptional treatment for our youngest patients.

This collaboration allows us to offer our patients more extensive services and expertise, including specialized pediatric cardiac surgery, cardiac catheterization, cardiac intensive care and electrophysiology.

Our team provides cardiac evaluations, diagnoses and ongoing treatment for heart conditions, such as congenital heart disease in children.
Pediatric cardiologists offer consultations for hospitalized babies and children. We work closely with Inpatient Pediatrics, the Labor and Delivery Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and emergency department.
Children across UVM Health have access to specialized cardiac care via digital health visits. We also use telemedicine to consult with providers throughout the region.
Our team includes physicians with specialized training in fetal cardiology who work closely with the maternal-fetal medicine team. These experts are part of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, highlighting their advanced expertise in fetal imaging and diagnosis.
Through our Pediatric Cardiovascular Fitness Program, our team works to empower children with chronic conditions to build their physical fitness and participate in activities they love. We have the expertise to treat children as young as 5 and care for those with complex conditions.
