About Our Location
Cardiac Rehabilitation at University of Vermont Health – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital offers a medically supervised cardiac rehabilitation program to help our heart patients recover quickly from a heart-related event.
Our goal is to stabilize, slow or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease and reduce the risk of heart disease or another cardiac event.
Our program offers three phases of specialized cardiac rehabilitation:
- Exercise
- Behavior change
- Heart health education
