Compassionate Expertise for Your Medication Needs

At University of Vermont Health, our pharmacy teams offer services above and beyond filling your prescriptions. Your pharmacist is an important member of your health care team. We meet your medication needs no matter where you are in Vermont and northern New York, with flexible delivery options so you can decide how and when to get your prescriptions.

Why Choose UVM Health?

We offer:

  • Integrated clinical pharmacists: Our board-certified pharmacists are medication therapy experts who design your medication treatment plan and monitor your response. You’ll find them wherever you get care, from emergency departments to specialty inpatient and outpatient clinics.
  • Comprehensive services: We share electronic medical records (EMR) across the health system, allowing us to provide the highest level of service in real time. Your providers and pharmacists stay in touch about your medications, laboratory test results and other treatments.
