About Our Location
At University of Vermont Health - UVM Medical Center, our dedicated pharmacy team works together to provide convenient access to the prescriptions you need.
Our pharmacists work with your provider to make sure the medications you take are safe, effective and affordable. If your provider is in our network, we use your shared electronic medical record (EMR) to provide seamless team-based care. We verify that the drugs you take interact with each other safely and effectively.
UVM Health RX Mobile App
Use our University of Vermont Health RX mobile app to request refills, get notified when we mail your prescription and schedule reminders to take or refill your medications.

Meds to Beds for Hospital to Home
If you’ve received inpatient care, our Meds to Beds program makes sure you have the medications you need before you’re discharged. Our pharmacy team fills your medications and delivers them right to your bedside, so you can go home without having to stop at a pharmacy.
Our team works with your care team to facilitate prior authorizations and will help you work through any issues with the cost or availability of your medication. We also do a comprehensive medication review with you to ensure a seamless transition from inpatient care to home.
Health Assistance Program
Our Health Assistance Program (HAP) helps eligible low- and middle-income families get prescription medications at no cost, even if you have insurance.
