Our adult primary care providers get to know you and partner with you on every step of your wellness journey. This partnership continues as your medical needs change or become more complex over time. We listen to your concerns and work with you to develop a personalized care plan that meets your unique needs.
Our Services
We offer a suite of services, including:
- Preventative care and wellness visits
- Vaccinations for shingles, pneumonia, flu and other conditions
- Lab tests, including blood and urine tests
- Geriatric care, including care for osteoporosis, prostate problems and other age-related issues
- Care for chronic illnesses and injuries
- Mental health support, like care for anxiety and depression, addiction treatment, psychiatry services, etc.
- Reproductive care (family planning counseling, gynecology services, sexually transmitted infection testing, etc.)
- Gender-affirming care
