About Me
I was drawn to both the sciences and the humanities in my undergraduate studies, and a career in medicine gave me the opportunity to pursue both. I believe effective care requires not only a strong foundation in scientific knowledge but also a deep understanding of the human condition. Clear communication is essential to helping patients understand their health challenges and work toward meaningful change. I enjoy collaborating with my patients to develop treatment plans that meet them where they are.
Throughout my training, I was fortunate to learn from physicians who were excellent listeners and communicators. Those experiences reinforced my belief that effective communication is one of the most important tools physicians have to help their patients.
I grew up in Vermont and have always appreciated the state's natural beauty. After returning following a long absence, I am even more aware of how unique it is. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and soaking in nature in every season.
