We believe investing in people is the key to stronger care.
At UVM Health, our people are at the heart of our mission to provide high-quality, equitable care to the people of our communities.
At a time when many rural communities across the country face a shortage of health care professionals, our health system is using innovative approaches to training and recruitment to make sure our communities are supported by the health care professionals they need to live well.
In partnership with local colleges and universities, such as University of Vermont Robert Larner College of Medicine and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, we’re helping to train the next generation of nurses, physicians and health care professionals, while bringing academic medicine to the bedside.
