Visitation Policies
Visits are an important part of our residents’ emotional well-being. Loved ones can join residents for daily activities, meals and recreational outings. We ask all visitors to respect our visiting policies:
Visiting Hours
There are no set visiting hours at Helen Porter, so loved ones are welcome any time. However, our front door is locked overnight for security purposes. After-hours visitors can use the doorbell for entry into the center.
Smoking Policy
Helen Porter and all Porter Medical Center campuses are non-smoking facilities. This policy extends to all indoor and outdoor areas.
