Adult primary care providers at University of Vermont Health – Central Vermont Medical Center provide complete medical services for people 18 and older.
Our adult primary care providers get to know you and partner with you on every step of your wellness journey. As your medical needs change or become more complex over time, we listen to your concerns and work with you to develop a personalized care plan that meets your unique needs.

Your Visit
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to register for your appointment.
- If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice so that we can use your appointment time for another patient.
- Please contact our office if you will be more than 10 minutes late. We may need to reschedule your appointment for another time.
- Help us keep your records as current as possible. Let us know if there are any changes to your address, phone number, insurance company or other pertinent information.
