Anyone who has experienced our care knows we define care in the broadest possible terms. Our remarkable team strives to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.
Gifts can be made to honor individuals from across our organization. You may want to recognize a special nurse, social worker, therapist, volunteer or any other team member who made a profound impact on your care.
We will notify your honoree (excluding the gift amount) and present them with a Health Care Hero pin to let the whole Home Health & Hospice community know about their exceptional efforts.
