I love being able to support people when they’re at their most vulnerable. Helping patients through critical moments in their lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

When working with patients, I focus on clear, relatable communication. It’s important to meet people where they are, explain their condition and treatment in a way they can understand, and build trust — especially when they’re facing something as significant as heart surgery.
Establishing that relationship is essential. When patients feel heard and supported, they’re more confident in the care they receive — and that trust is the foundation of everything I do.
