Community Health Investment

The Community Health Investment Program at Central Vermont Medical Center, supported by UVM Health, is a collaborative initiative aimed at advancing health equity through strategic, community-driven funding.

Guided by a localized Investment Advisory Council, the program prioritizes investments that address social drivers of health and respond to needs identified in Central Vermont Medical Center's Community Health Needs Assessment. Funding recommendations are aligned with community benefit principles and are designed to support external organizations and initiatives that go beyond hospital operations.
