What attracted you to UVM Medical Center:  What initially attracted me to UVM Medical Center was the supportive culture and the program's emphasis on resident wellbeing and work-life balance. We also have a very well-rounded program with a variety of unique rotation experiences throughout the PGY2 year, including wilderness medicine and rural emergency medicine. I was also drawn to the collaborative nature of our emergency department, where pharmacists are active members of the interdisciplinary team and play an integral role in bedside patient care.

What do you love most about VT:  I love how Vermont offers the perfect balance of outdoor adventure and small-town charm. It's easy to spend the morning on a trail or ski slope and the afternoon exploring local coffee shops, breweries, or seasonal festivals. No matter the time of year, there's always something to look forward to.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time:  The Burlington area has so many things to explore during all seasons! In the warmer months, I love running around our trails and taking in the beautiful views of Vermont. There is also no shortage of local events and festivals to go to! Last winter, I learned how to ski and am looking forward to hitting the slopes again this season.
