Message from the Program Director
Building a new EM residency program in such a supportive environment has been the opportunity of a lifetime for me. Our much-anticipated EM Residency Program launched in July of 2019, and has been a huge success in so many ways. All 12 graduates from our first two classes have landed their #1 choice for fellowship or practice location, and we could not be prouder of them! As a new program, we continue to adapt our program in response to our residents' feedback, and they are truly playing critical roles in helping us to build the best program possible. We continue to expand our training opportunities in line with our aim to prepare residents to work in any type of environment, with or without the full range of resources and consultants. Our faculty group strives to mentor our residents to become outstanding clinicians who will find joy and meaning in their work and in their lives.
