  • MyHealthyVT provides free workshops led by trained facilitators — many of whom have personal experience with the health challenges you may be facing.

Helping cancer survivors rebuild their relationship with food and improve their overall wellbeing with a balanced approach to nourishment are the goals of Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT), an eight-week series that begins Thursday, March 12 at 5 pm. It is free for all cancer survivors.
