About Me
Providing both quality acute and preventive care to my community is incredibly gratifying. Whether I’m treating patients in the emergency department or supporting them through prehospital care, I find deep meaning in being present during some of life’s most critical moments. As the medical director of Healthnet — UVM Health’s Critical Care Transport services — I’m honored to work alongside Emergency Medical Services (EMS) professionals, contributing through education, protocol development, operations, and direct field care.
My path in medicine began with a degree in biology from Colgate University, followed by earning my medical degree from Hofstra University’s School of Medicine. I was proud to be among the inaugural class of emergency medicine residents at the University of Vermont Medical Center in 2019 — a formative experience that shaped my commitment to this dynamic field. I later pursued a fellowship in Emergency Medical Services at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, further deepening my expertise in prehospital and critical care.
Emergency medicine and EMS have always drawn me in because they allow me to serve those who are most vulnerable and in urgent need. My goal is simple yet profound: to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every member of our community, no matter the circumstance.
