Dr Sprague is an excellent care provider. He even tried to get me an x-ray on the same day and even walked to ME across the hall to see if they were still open! Above and beyond the call of duty! He is the best.
Dr. Sprague was wonderful. He was very concerned and listened to everything I said and he asked the right questions so I could understand them and he explained everything to me and made me feel very confident. He was very caring.
Feel I have to chase Dr. Sprague For answers/plans. Several times had to stop and ask him to explain as he likes to use big medical terms. Think he is very smart but needs to work on his bed side manner as he appears aloof and bored when "listening" to patients and to be mindful over some of the comments he makes. Due to this, it does not make this patient totally trust or comfortable with her care to him.
