The UVM Medical Center Remote Access Gateway

The Remote Access Gateway provides a secure method of remote access to internal UVM Medical Center resources from anywhere. 

For support, please contact the IT Support Center at 802-847-1414.

To access the Remote Access Gateway: 

• Register for and download the Microsoft Authenticator app - Registration must be done while on site or you must call the IT Support Center for assistance (802-847-1414).
• Download and install the new Citrix Workspace

Physician Time Studies (Phystime) - Log in to access the physician time study reporting tool.

Healthstream Training System – NRP, ECCO, and Telemetry are completed through Healthstream. 

Cornerstone - The Health Network Learning Management System. Health Network Epic training will be through Cornerstone. Online BLS, ACLS and PALS Heartcode classes are now accessed through Cornerstone

Microsoft Authenticator - a multi-factor authentication tool that allows you to access UVM Medical Center applications. Please call the IT Support Center to register (802-847-1414).
