Clinical Services

We offer a variety of clinical services to meet our residents’ medical needs. Our affiliation with University of Vermont Health - Central Vermont Medical Center gives residents easy access to specialty care when needed.

Our services include:

Medication Management

Our team assists you with maintaining an appropriate medication schedule and communicates with your physician if you need medication changes. We work to create medication schedules that allow you to maintain your usual routine.

Intravenous Therapies and Dialysis

We offer intravenous (IV) therapies on site. Convenient access to Central Vermont Medical Center allows us to welcome residents with more complex clinical needs, such as those who require dialysis.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapists offer specialized exercises and activities to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. They can help you decrease pain and maximize function.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists offer exercises and activities designed to help you participate in activities of daily living, such as getting dressed or preparing a meal. They can help you adapt to your environment or teach adaptive techniques that allow you to achieve your highest level of independence.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapists use the latest technologies and approaches to help improve communication, cognition or swallowing difficulties.

Specialized Rehabilitation Services

We provide a range of therapies to treat specific needs, such as neurological injuries, cardiovascular diseases or lung diseases. Our team also offers home safety evaluations, recommendations and at-home exercise programs to help you return home safely.
