About Our Location
The Smith House Health Center at University of Vermont Health – Elizabethtown Community Hospital, offers comprehensive primary care services.
We provide preventive services, diagnosis and treatment to patients of all ages. In the event that our clinic staff cannot treat a certain condition at the center, we will provide referrals to services within University of Vermont Health.
