As a psychiatrist, the most rewarding moments are those small turning points — when someone feels even a little more hopeful or connected. Watching people rediscover their strength or open up in ways they couldn’t before is a real privilege.
My role isn’t to fix everything but to provide stability, sound medical advice and support as patients work toward regaining their sense of agency and resilience.
