About Our Location
Pediatric providers (pediatricians) at University of Vermont Health – Porter Medical Center provide all the services your child needs to stay healthy and recover from illnesses or injuries. Our pediatricians have specialized expertise in caring for children of all ages and life stages, from infancy through age 23.
We recognize that you know your child best. We work to earn your family’s trust by listening to and getting to know your child and family.
We partner with you to support your child’s health and customize care plans that are as unique as your child.
Our Services
We offer a suite of services, including:
- Prenatal meet and greets
- Well care visits from birth through age 23
- Immunizations
- Sports physicals
- Chronic condition management, including asthma, anxiety, depression, etc.
- Same-day sick appointments (including on the weekends)
- Acne management
- Sexually transmitted infection testing
- Birth control counseling and management
- Adolescent gynecology care
- Autism evaluations for select patients (age 3 and under)
- Dietitian services
- Short-term counseling with a mental health clinician
- Vision and hearing screens
- Travel visits
Free services available in our office include certified lactation counseling and access to our Community Health Team, which is comprised of a registered dietitian and a care coordinator. Please ask your provider how to access these services.
