About Our Location
The Memory Program at University of Vermont Health - UVM Medical Center provides a warm and friendly environment filled with memory loss experts who deliver exceptional care. Our team works with you and your caregivers to navigate the physical and emotional challenges of life with a memory disorder.
Your Visit
During the initial evaluation, you will undergo neuropsychological testing and may be scheduled for appropriate outpatient laboratory and radiological examinations.
During the second visit, a thorough medical history and physical exam are completed, and the results of the evaluation are discussed with the patient and family. You will then meet with a nurse practitioner on a regular basis to monitor progress.
Family members are encouraged to attend all appointments.
