Memorial & Tribute Gifts
A gift to UVM Cancer Center is a beautiful way to honor a friend or family member or remember a loved one. You can also recognize a caregiver who made an impact on you or your loved one’s care experience.
Memorial and tribute gifts can be made online, by check or through any of the ways listed below.

One-time donations are greatly appreciated. To make your gift go further, please consider a recurring donation. You can change or cancel your gift at any time.
We welcome gifts by check. Please make your check payable to UVM Medical Center and write “UVM Cancer Center” in the memo. Please mail your check to:

Making a gift of stocks, bonds and other securities offers a twofold benefit to you. The tax deduction is equal to the fair market value of the donated securities, and you typically avoid capital gains taxes. Planned gifts allow you to create an enduring legacy, with additional tax benefits to you, by arranging for future contributions to UVM Cancer Center. Some planned giving options include:

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be mailed to UVM Medical Center, Development, 40 IDX, Building 100, 111 Colchester Avenue, Burlington, VT 05401 (with UVM Cancer Center in the check memo), or made online.
We will thank each donor who gives in memory of your loved one and provide you with names and addresses if you wish to thank them personally.
