Our Community

TalkVermont has trained more than 30 coaches within the UVM Health Network and beyond to teach communication skills and implementation strategies for these discussions. Our coaches span every discipline and include hospice and palliative care specialists as well as hospitalists, primary care clinicians, intensivists, and pediatricians.
