About Me
I’ve always loved problem-solving and investigation, and medicine stood out to me because it combines science, critical thinking and lifelong learning. What I find most rewarding is helping people in meaningful ways. No matter how big or small a concern may seem, it matters to the patient, and listening, guiding and helping find answers is the most fulfilling part of my work.
I developed a strong clinical foundation in geriatrics during residency and have continued to build expertise in obesity medicine throughout my career. I am especially passionate about menopause care, an area that is often overlooked and widely misunderstood, and I enjoy helping patients feel informed, supported and empowered through every stage of life. Honesty and transparency are central to how I practice medicine, including acknowledging when answers aren’t immediate and committing to continued learning and growth to find the best solutions.
I have conducted research on cognitive bias in primary care and previously spent significant time working in a molecular mycology research lab.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy baking and bullet journaling, a creative practice I began during residency that helps me stay organized, recharge and clear my mind.
Listening, guiding and helping find answers is the most fulfilling part of my work.
