About Our Location
If you're experiencing chest pain, signs of a stroke, severe abdominal pain or other serious symptoms, call 911 or go to the emergency room immediately.
The Walk-In Clinic at University of Vermont Health – Alice Hyde Medical Center treats children, teens and adults with minor illnesses or injuries. If you are unable to get an immediate appointment with your primary care doctor or are visiting the area, please come see us.
Our clinic has evening and weekend hours and does not require an appointment.
Our Services
We offer a suite of services for non-life-threatening injuries, including:
- Accidents and falls
- Allergic reactions
- Breathing difficulties, such as mild-to-moderate asthma
- Bronchitis
- Colds, flus, earaches, sore throats, coughs and infections
- Eye irritation and redness
- Minor burns
- Minor cuts and lacerations that require stitches
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration and stomach distress
- Skin rashes and splinters
- Sports and workplace injuries
- Sprains, strains, and minor broken bones and fractures
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
