Sarah is awesome .
In my two meetings with Sarah we have developed a wonderful patient provider relationship.
Took the time to look for records of Endoscope. Could not find result, but did hand surgeon's report. Took the time to look & explained this was near the Epic transition.
Amazing communication, she answered questions very thoroughly and addressed any concerns I had. She used terms very understandable and was patient when I asked questions which I was very appreciative for.
Sarah is a treasure she puts you at ease and is a great listener so I feel she understood my condition well.
Once my concerns were discussed and problem evaluation for best option we moved forward with a 3 mos trial of medication. I was not forced but given thorough guidance with my choices.
