About Me

Growing up, I had firsthand experience with medical care — both personally and through a close family member dealing with chronic orthopedic issues. I saw how musculoskeletal pain could be physically and emotionally debilitating. Watching their journey through diagnosis, surgery and rehabilitation gave me a deep respect for medicine’s ability to restore function, dignity and quality of life.

These experiences sparked my interest in medicine, but it was the desire to alleviate pain and help people return to the things they love that ultimately drew me to orthopedic surgery. Today, I find the most reward in seeing patients walk without pain, return to sports or simply regain confidence in their movement. Being part of that recovery process is a privilege I never take for granted.

My clinical focus includes comprehensive shoulder care, knee preservation and elbow sports injuries. For the shoulder, I treat conditions ranging from rotator cuff tears to instability and arthritis, using procedures like arthroscopic repair, labral stabilization and shoulder arthroplasty. In the knee, I focus on preservation techniques such as ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair or transplantation, cartilage restoration and realignment osteotomies. For the elbow, I treat sports-related injuries like UCL reconstruction (Tommy John surgery) and lateral epicondylitis, always prioritizing evidence-based rehab and surgical solutions only when necessary.

What I enjoy most is working closely with each patient to build a thoughtful, personalized care plan — surgical or non-surgical — that fits their goals. It’s not just about repairing structures; it’s about restoring movement, confidence and quality of life.

Outside of medicine, I recharge by spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors. Whether skiing, running, hiking or simply being around animals, those moments help me reset and stay grounded. They remind me why wellness — both physical and emotional — is so important.

I find the most reward in seeing patients walk without pain, return to sports or simply regain confidence in their movement. Being part of that recovery process is a privilege I never take for granted.
