Excellent visit!
When I leave my appointment, it is clear to me what my after-visit summary is prior to me reading it on My Chart - as Dr. Bui has already explained it to me in detail.
Dr Bui did not receive correct information about my rescheduled appointment, but was able to adjust on the spot.
No concerns Doctor was wonderful
I have yet to find a Provider as exceptional as Dr. Bui. I feel very blessed to have her as my Provider. She is patient, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and always has my needs attended to in a timely and professional manner. She is my HERO!

Dr Bui is thorough, thoughtful and caring.
Dr. Bui provides excellent care. I feel like I'm In very good hands under her care. She used lidocaine before taking a biopsy and we talked about how painful lidocaine is. It's an acid and can be buffered to reduce the pain, but she said she's not allowed to use the buffered type. She would much prefer to reduce the amount of pain her patients endure, and there's seemingly no medical reason to not use the buffered lidocaine. Believe me when I say lidocaine hurts with a sharp intensity. Please allow the use of buffered lidocaine.

Dr Bui & team are clear compassionate and thorough. She is a true leader & teacher.
Dr. Bui is friendly and welcoming, and very thorough in her exam. She clearly knows my history and my concerns, and is very good at addressing them. I also appreciate that she mentors medical students and residents to help train the next generation. During this appointment, I had a skin biopsy and Dr. Bui worked hard to be sure I was comfortable and understood what she was doing during the procedure.
Dr Bui is a terrific caring physician and knew/reviewed my medical history prior to coming to see me. VERYIMPRESSIVE . She also has a very enthusiastic and positive personality.
Staff calling with test results was for not leaving callback poor. When I did reach someone, she acted somewhat hostile on phone, as if I had called the wrong place, then transferring my call.
