The best part of my day is when a patient comes in, beaming with pride to tell me what they have accomplished because they know how positively they are impacting their overall health.
I believe "health" is a long-term process that looks different for everyone. My philosophy centers around meeting patients where they are right now and focuses on taking small, sustainable steps toward their goals. In this way they can work toward becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
