Dr Carey has been my doctor for close to 20 years. He is the main reason I am willing to travel to Burlington for my appointments rather than traveling 5 mins to Copley.

I have many, many, doctors at UVMMC and frequent appointments. This was my first appointment with Dr Carey and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had!
Calm, confident, professional, personable and thorough clinician. LIstened to my reason for consult - personal and general reference to significant family cardio-vascular history. Showed me small areas of potential aortic calcification, visible from an abdominal MRI of 2024. Stressed continued risk modifying approaches and recommended change in statin by PCP.
Dr. Carey has been with me for 16+ years. I trust him 100%. he's professional, friendly and concerned about my well being. I like him, also.
At UVM hospital I've never been disappointed, everybody is friendly and ready to help. Nurse and doctor used easy word and explained to me how they can help to solve my problem.
Dr Carey is the best provider I've seen in a LONG time! His quiet caring manner, his listening skills, and his ability to convey information should be a standard for all doctors!! I was very pleased with his attitude and demeanor towards me. Although my problems turned out to be not serious, he gave me as much time and interest as he would a more grim situation. I could not recommend Dr Carey more.
