It's a true privilege to care for patients as we strive to improve access to rural areas.
I spent more than two decades as an active-duty military physician, serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and Haiti.
After transitioning to the civilian sector, I dedicated more than 10 years as a residency program director. As department chair, my priority for the team is knowledgeable and compassionate care.
