Erika was amazing. I haven't had a good medical experience in a long time. She was sympathetic, professional, and handled my situation with care. I left feeling confident that my healthcare plan is in her hands. After years of feeling failed and defeated, I am so glad to have met her.
Erika was very efficient and business like and covered all the important topics. She was respectful and kind and kept the visit moving while being kind and compassionate. She also asked for permission to touch me at every step of the pelvic exam and kept me informed about what was happening. I really appreciated this.

Erika was great! Very thorough and sensitive to the issue. Her exam was gentle and she explained everything. The discussion afterwards was excellent and I could follow her decision making skills. I have been in communication via Mychart which has been great!
Erika was kind, but did not talk down to me. Unlike my PCP, she looked into any possible cause and performed multiple relevant tests to get me the answers I needed. My symptoms did not immediately present an easy diagnosis, but Erika discussed any thoughts she had on what it could be, and what it probably was not. She explained everything in detail, asked my permission for whatever tests she wished to send out (after explaining why she chose those tests and what they would tell us), took a very detailed history to take in any relevant context - sexual activity, hygeine practices, recent changes in diet, clothing, bedding, laundry detergent, other feminine products, etc. She did not default to contacting me via MyChart when she had a complex explanation for me, and in fact followed up with me once the tests were completed to explain over the phone what she thought and followed up when more tests came back to refine our treatment plan.
