Dr. Charland is top notch..

I hadn't seen Dr. Charland in 14 years and arrived with concerns about the efficacy of my surgery. Dr. Charland greeted me as if I were an old friend, shared personal experiences in order to create a trusting and amicable relationship with me, and spent well more than what I assumed to be my "allotted" time listening to and addressing my concerns. She was encouraging in her affirmations of the choices I have made with my body to-date, and empowering in her manner of expressing continued encouragement. Despite her fantastic (and obviously successful - she relayed that there was no need for any sort of reconstructive work needed) surgery at the hospital, I am bit saddened to know that there probably won't be much need for her continued services in the next decade. This woman is a true gift to our community, not only as a professional, but as the epitome of a benevolent and generous human.
Dr. Charland is a dedicated Medical professional person who takes her time with patients, helping them to feel at ease. She has this wonderful soft, tender way about her that assures you, you have come to the right person trusting you will receive the best care and treatment.
Dr Charland is the best. Expert, gentle care. She is positive and upbeat. She always enjoys visiting which makes the appointment something to look forward to instead of dread.
If I move forward with surgery I will definitely use Diane. She was wonderful to talk with and really knows her craft.
