About Me
I'm from Albany, Georgia, where I practiced full-scope midwifery at Miriam Worthy Women's Health Clinic. Before that, I worked as a midwife in New Hampshire and frequently visited Vermont while living there. I spent 10 years as a labor and delivery nurse before returning to school for midwifery. I received my doctorate in nursing practice degree from Frontier Nursing University.
My goal is to provide my patients with the information needed to make informed choices for their health care needs. As your midwife, I want your birth experience to be everything you desire, while simultaneously supporting you to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby.
I offer a full spectrum of well-women care, working collaboratively with Central Vermont Medical Center's OB/GYN providers. My medical interests include working with opioid addiction in pregnancy and lactation. I live with my family in East Barre.
