About Our Location
The physical therapy team at University of Vermont Health - UVM Medical Center (O’Brien Community Center) utilizes a whole person approach to develop a personalized plan with you. Working with a physical therapist, your concerns and goals will be the basis of a program to help you achieve your highest level of activity and function. The facility includes a large gym space, private spaces and a warm therapy pool.
After completing your physical therapy program, there are independent and group-based exercise options at the site to support you as you continue your health journey.

- State-of-the-art temperature-controlled SwimEx Therapy pool
- Locker rooms
- Poolside changing/treatment area
