President & Chief Operating Officer
Ortmyer has a rich history in health care leadership with more than 30 years of dedicated service within the WellSpan Health System of York, Pennsylvania. He was appointed president and chief operating officer of Elizabethtown Community Hospital in 2021. In May 2024, he was asked to also serve as president and chief operating officer at Porter Medical Center.
Ortmyer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a BS in Behavioral Science from York College of Pennsylvania.
