Tromblee is responsible for all nursing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care by aligning nursing practices with hospital goals, regulatory standards and patient-centered care initiatives. She holds a master's degree in nursing and an MBA in health care management. Tromblee and her family have long supported their local fire department and EMS, serving in various roles over the years.
