Residency Program

The Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Training Program is designed to offer a broad exposure to orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation, both in the operative and non-operative treatment of patients, through evaluation of patients in the Emergency Room, clinics, wards, formal conferences, and research. Because of Burlington's unique geographic location, primary, secondary, and tertiary orthopaedic care problems are readily available for residency training. The residency is approved for complete training in all aspects of orthopaedic surgery as outlined by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.[2021 Ortho Residents]
