Our Priority Initiatives
Donations to Elizabethtown Community Hospital stay local. Your donations help us maintain critical health care services close to where you live, work and play. With your support, we’re able to purchase new equipment, strengthen our workforce and help the community members who need it most.
As your friends and neighbors, our employees are here for you during times of health and sickness and at every stage of life.
To help us continue our work, we’ve identified the following focus areas for you to consider when donating. You can also contact us to direct your gift to an area of specific interest.
Unrestricted gifts are used wherever the need is greatest, helping us improve services and the health and well-being of our patients and families. You can give to our local overall health care umbrella with the Elizabethtown Hospital Fund, directly to the Ticonderoga Campus, or to our regional Health Care Centers.
Support quality care close to home.
Patient Support Funds provide support directly to our patients. The Patient Support Fund provides patients in need with medical equipment, ferry passes, gas cards and more. The Chemotherapy Relief Fund furnishes patients who are undergoing chemotherapy with items to ease the experience: a warm hat, lip balm, socks and a hot cup of tea.
Community Support helps lift up your neighbors. The Population Health Fund supports our Elder Care Friendship Program, and our clinics focusing on diabetes education, heart health, women's health and more. The Food Shelf Fund supports our food insecure neighbors by providing free access to food. Food can be picked up at our Crown Point location or delivered to a health center nearest you. If you, like us, believe that health is about so much more than what’s at the hospital, please donate today.
Support the future of health care in your community. Our Workforce development fund is currently focused on scholarships for paramedic certification. Donate today to support new emergency responders.
