Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) Class

A six-month RO DBT skills group for adults focused on reducing overcontrol and building flexibility and social connection.

CARERS Program for Caregivers

The CARERS program consists of an 8-week group for six members facilitated by trained mental health professionals. CARERS is designed to increase understanding of the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia and address caregiver burden.
